Creating Sacred Personal Space

Sacred space for one to take their time to sit in silence or be with oneself is a hundred-thousand-year-old practice. Sacred space allows for the occupants of the home to generate positive clarity and momentum towards their deepest lifestyle desires.

Creating this area should be a fun, joyful process. Select a piece of furniture in your home which can be used to set a variety of statues and small tokens on. The items selected to be placed in your sacred space make up your Alter. This alter is made up of small items or statues which represent part of who you are or parts of your life which brought you joy. This is a positive flowing space which needs encouraging items. Before placing any items on the alter, ask if that item brings true joy? If it doesn’t bring joy, ask if the item generates any feelings which do not serve you, negative feelings for example. If an item already harbors a bias feeling which can trap you in cycles that no longer serve you, that item does not belong on your alter. Again, this is a save and pure space for you.
