Meditation Tips
Meditation Mondays- Free weekly posts/streams of meditations and breathwork exercises that anyone has access to. These meditations are to help individuals refocus to their minds, bodies & spirits.
Each Monday, the website will post a weekly meditation focusing on tips to help bring peace and clarity to audience in the hopes of helping to prepare them for their week. This will post early morning for individuals to use in their morning routine. All videos can be accessed through the website’s video library & YouTube channel
Time Slots: Monday Post/Release/Stream, open access. Must provide name & email to access live stream, if there is one that week. Not every week will be streamed but every week will be posted
