What is Mind & Mise?
We are a company focused on bringing relief to the public while providing tools to continue that relief through daily practice & preparation. Chef’s use the term mise en place which means, “a place for everything & everything in its place.” Chefs practice the habit of collecting all their tools & ingredients at the beginning of their shift or task. This allows them to take less steps in their performance. In life, Mind & Mise is geared to help individuals prepare themselves for a successful day and life through the consistent preparation work in our tools. We work at the heart of each individual’s personal issues through a series of questions or exercises driven to bring out each soul’s purpose. We are all unique rolling through our lives as best we can without truly knowing who we are or what we need before we begin our day. This uniqueness really molds who we are as people and how well we function throughout the day & in our live in total.
Mind & Mise is run by restaurateurs who understand the mental & physical struggles within the industry and American society as a whole. Addiction, mental health and illness are not explored by science or medicine well enough to fix the source of problems that arise for many people. Mind & Mise is here to provide additional healing, coaching and wellness tools which are probably not readily available to all. We are also here to help bring awareness to these issues so that we may be able to help as many as we possibly can. We are here to provide a perspective shift so people can actually start to heal from any suffering they feel on a daily basis.
